Support

For the HappyLuv app on iOS and Android.

Email hello@happyluv.app and a person will read it — there's no ticket robot in the middle. If you're writing about your account, send it from the address you signed up with so we know it's you.

Pairing with your partner

HappyLuv only works once two people share a space. Invite your partner from Settings → Invite your partner, which gives you a link like happyluv.app/join to send however you like.

If the link opens the website instead of the app, your partner probably doesn't have HappyLuv installed yet — install first, then tap the link again. If it still doesn't catch, the invite screen also shows a short code they can type in by hand.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for HappyLuv in your phone's system settings — on iOS that's Settings → HappyLuv → Notifications, on Android Settings → Apps → HappyLuv → Notifications. HappyLuv also stays quiet during night hours on purpose, so a nudge that would land at 3 a.m. waits until morning.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Your subscription is held by the App Store or Google Play — we can't see your card, charge it, or refund it ourselves.

Privacy and your data

What you write in HappyLuv is yours and your partner's. Our Privacy Policy covers what we store and why. You can set your shared chat to disappear on a schedule in Settings, and you can delete your account at any time — the how, and what happens to your partner's copy, is spelled out on Delete your account.

Something's broken

Email hello@happyluv.app and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, plus your phone and OS version if you know them. Screenshots help more than you'd think.
